Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

We are a leading Main Contracting Company in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality construction projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land surveys and collect accurate data for construction projects.
  • Prepare survey maps, reports, and drawings using the latest surveying technology.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure precision in planning.
  • Verify and analyze survey data for compliance with design specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly.
  • Assist in site inspections and provide technical recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.
  • Proficient in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite) and AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple sites and travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
