Operations Trainee – Accounts develops end‑to‑end, practical capability across hotel finance operations. Through structured rotations and mentoring, the trainee supports day‑to‑day accuracy (revenue, payables, receivables, cash, payroll, inventory), compliance, and timely reporting — helping operational teams deliver excellent guest experiences while upholding Hyatt's Purpose and values.

Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management. Work experience as Trainee - Accounts, Accountant or Accounting Clerk in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
