Job Description: Listing Photographer (Real Estate)

Behind every high-performing listing is a photograph that does more than look good.

It builds credibility, earns attention, and sets expectations before the first call.

We're looking for an experienced Listing Photographer who understands the UAE real estate market and knows how to visually position apartments and villas in a way that drives engagement, enquiries, and conversions.

This role is for someone who values consistency as much as creativity, and who can operate at speed without compromising quality. You'll be part of a high-performance marketing ecosystem where photography is treated as a core business function — not an afterthought.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs for:

Apartments, Villas, Townhouses, Ready and off-plan properties

  • Apply strong judgment in lighting, angles, framing, and composition to enhance appeal while maintaining realistic proportions.
  • Execute professional shoots aligned with Provident's brand standards and UAE real estate portal requirements.
  • Edit and deliver images using industry-standard tools, ensuring color accuracy, sharpness, and consistency.
  • Deliver final outputs within defined timelines (same-day or next-day, where required).
  • Coordinate efficiently with agents and internal teams to manage daily shoot schedules across Dubai.
  • Guide basic property staging and preparation when needed to improve visual outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent visual standard across all listings and marketing channels.
  • Identify and flag quality, compliance, or presentation issues observed during shoots.
  • Support marketing and listings teams with visuals for campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on real estate photography experience in the UAE.
  • A strong, relevant portfolio showcasing:
  • Residential apartments
  • Villas and townhouses
  • Luxury and mid-market properties
  • Proficiency with: DSLR or mirrorless camera systems. Wide-angle lenses
  • Professional editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)

Solid understanding of UAE real estate portals and listing photography expectations.

  • Ability to handle multiple shoots per day while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Strong time management and on-ground execution skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Good to Have

  • Experience with vertical photography for social media platforms.
  • Basic video walkthroughs or short-form reel shooting
  • Licensed drone photography experience.
