Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients to promote AVITO Homes' property and investment solutions. The role includes scheduling appointments, addressing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with prospective clients effectively.
  • Proficient in appointment scheduling and managing schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven customer service and sales skills to address inquiries and meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in real estate or telemarketing is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are an asset.
