· Interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met

· Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

· Prepare and submit reports on project progress and status

· Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

· Responsible for resolving field construction problems in co-ordination with project manager, engineering staff, third parties and other agencies as necessary.

· Work cooperatively with project managers and client representatives and clients to clarify specific needs and requirements and keep clients up to date on project status throughout the process.

· Participate in the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for sub-consultants, contractors and other outside vendors and selects vendors.

· Interact with all governmental authorities, developers and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.

· Coordinate with all other departments such as Planning, Acquisitions, Operations, Design Engineering on project.

· Assist the project managers in negotiating with contractors regarding changes to design, construction work scope and schedules.

· Assist project managers to develop and implement a quality audit programme, monitors contractor's corrective actions and ensures a quality project conforming to plans and specifications.
