About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and support the sales department in driving growth in the digital signage and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising sector.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, track performance, manage client relationships, and ensure the team achieves its objectives. Candidates who can join immediately and hold a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Strategy Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales tactics and results.

Client Relationship Management

  • Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and nurturing client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Help resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze sales data using CRM tools to monitor pipelines and performance.
  • Prepare reports and assist in forecasting sales trends and projections.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve overall sales performance.

Team Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Assist in training and developing junior sales staff.
  • Help set team goals, KPIs, and monitor performance metrics.

Market Research & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Assist in identifying emerging trends in digital signage and OOH advertising.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably B2B, in digital signage, OOH advertising, or media industry.
  • Proven ability to support sales teams in achieving targets and managing client accounts.

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
