Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced QC Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control procedures, inspection, and documentation in accordance with UAE standards and regulations. The QC Engineer will ensure that all materials, processes, and finished works meet company and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures for ongoing projects.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection requests, material submittals, and reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related issues.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with the company's quality management system (QMS).
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on project scope).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE standards, codes, and quality procedures.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
