Project Manager – Experiential Events Agency | Dubai

We're partnering with a leading
independent experiential agency
in Dubai that brings global brands to life through unforgettable live activations, brand experiences, and large-scale events. The team is now looking to hire a
Project Manager
to join their growing team and deliver world-class work across the region.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from brief to execution — leading timelines, budgets, production partners, and client communications. You'll be the central point of contact internally and externally, ensuring every detail of each activation runs seamlessly and reflects the agency's high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for events and experiential campaigns – from initial brief, costing, and planning to on-site delivery.
  • Work closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Ensure flawless execution on-site, representing the agency professionally with clients and partners.
  • Lead client communications and status updates, maintaining trust and clarity throughout each stage.
  • Manage internal resources effectively, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly in fast-paced, live environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years' experience in event or experiential project management (agency-side).
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale brand activations, pop-ups, or corporate events.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a love for seeing ideas come to life.
  • Based in (or open to relocating to) Dubai.
