Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations: Act as the first point of contact for leasing inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and deliver excellent customer service.
Leasing Operations: Schedule viewings, process applications, coordinate move-ins, manage lease renewals, and ensure timely execution of leases and addendums.
Marketing & Listings: Create and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle; support social media and marketing initiatives for vacant units.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation while ensuring compliance with UEE property laws and internal policies.
Market Research: Monitor commercial property trends, market rates, and competitor activity to support pricing and leasing strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with property management, maintenance, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth leasing operations.
Reporting: Prepare leasing activity, occupancy, and market insight reports for management.
Skills & Requirements
Experience: 2-4+ years in commercial real estate leasing or property administration in the UAE (landlord-side experience preferred). Market knowledge, strong understanding of leasing practices.
