Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Worker located in Abu Dhabi. The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing students' needs, providing counseling services, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies. The Social Worker will also be involved in crisis intervention, advocating for students' well-being, and supporting students' social and emotional development.
Qualifications
- Assessment, Counseling, and Crisis Intervention skills
- Experience in developing intervention plans and collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to advocate for students' well-being and support their social and emotional development
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Licensure or certification as a Social Worker is a must
- Experience working in an educational setting
