Female Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a Female Office Administrator to join our growing HR and recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various HR and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and general administrative duties
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, employee records, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee files and ensure confidentiality of all HR data
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners when required
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related correspondence

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement)
  • Must have previous relevant work experience (HR or recruitment) in the UAE
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
