We are looking for a motivated and reliable Operations Coordinator to support our Dubai holiday home operations. This role ensures smooth coordination between housekeeping, vendors, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily pick-up and drop-off of the housekeeping team
  • Vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs, and service requests
  • Inventory management of supplies and ensuring all units are properly stocked
  • On-ground support for the housekeeping team for any urgent needs

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai routes
  • Experience in operations or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Flexibility with working hours when required
