Lead testing & commissioning (T&C) activities for 132 kV / 33 kV / 11 kV substations /li>Review and approve T&C procedures, method statements, and checklists /li>Coordinate with ADNOC, consultants, OEMs, and contractors during commissioning phases/li>Supervise testing of:br> ul>Power transformers/li>GIS / AIS switchgear/li>Protection relays (distance, differential, REF, OC/EF)/li>Circuit breakers, CTs, VTs/li>SCADA, RTU, SAS, interlocking systems/li> /ul> /li>Coordinating with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and operations teams/li>Reviewing and approving testing & commissioning procedures and checklists/li>Supervising functional tests, loop checks, energization, and system handover/li>Identifying, tracking, and closing punch points/li>Ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements/li>Acting as the main focal point with clients, vendors, and third parties during commissioning/li>Plan and execute testing and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems as per project requirements./li>Perform functional tests, system integration tests, loop checks, and site acceptance tests (SAT)./li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to electrical and instrumentation systems during testing and commissioning./li>Ensure that all systems are tested in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications./li>Prepare and maintain detailed test reports, commissioning records, and documentation./li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth commissioning processes./li>Provide technical support and training to end-users or operators on system functionality and operation./li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during all commissioning activities./li>Conduct final inspections and verification of electrical and instrumentation equipment functionality before handover./li>Recommend modifications or improvements based on test results and operational feedback./li> /ul>Desired Candidate Profileachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering /li>Minimum 10-15 years experience in HV substations, including 132 kV /li>Proven experience working on ADNOC or major Oil & Gas projects /li>Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ADNOC standards /li>Hands-on experience with protection relays (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, GE, SEL)/li>Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills/li> /ul>
