Job Title: Restaurant Waiter / Food Runner

Department: Front of House (FOH)

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / FOH Team Leader

Job Purpose:

We are hiring Restaurant Waiters / Food Runners to join our dynamic team at Restaurant, Dubai. The role involves providing exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. You will play a key part in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience and performance)Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and handle special requests.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
  • Present bills, process payments, and thank guests for dining.

Food & Beverage Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Serve food at the right temperature and maintain proper presentation.
  • Support the team by running food, clearing tables, and resetting stations.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure tables are properly set before and after each guest.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area.
  • Refill beverages and condiments as needed.
  • Follow restaurant SOPs for order taking and service.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Host Desk, Kitchen, and Call Center for smooth operations.
  • Support team members during busy hours and events.
  • Attend briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menus and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and guest-focused attitude.
