Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Experienced Telecalling (B2B) Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves identifying potential business clients, initiating contact over phone and email, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information and call records.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads with the sales team.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions or product information.
- Achieve daily/monthly/Yearly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation preferably Uniforms/Garment business.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English is must & Arabic is an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Education:
- Any Bachelor's degree .
