Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Arabic-Speaking Waiter at COCO Cafe and Playhouse, based in Abu Dhabi. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and ensuring tables are prepared promptly, accommodating guests' special requests, and working closely with team members to create a welcoming dining experience. The role also involves supporting customers with inquiries about the menu and the playhouse facilities, particularly for families with young children.

Qualifications

  • Must have at lease 3 years experience in a busy Cafe or Resturant
  • Fluency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to respond to guests' needs promptly and professionally.
  • Experience in food and beverage service, including order-taking, serving food and drinks, and operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills to assist in managing a busy cafe and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per regulations and standards.
  • Previous experience in family-oriented environments or with children is a plus.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
