Role Summary:

The Media Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational workflow related to the IMI International Anchor, serving as the central point of contact for the Anchor and coordinating interviews and content production. The role ensures efficient planning, scheduling, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to support the timely and accurate delivery of all assignments. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage cross-platform operations across different time zones.

Main Duties:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IMI International Anchor and IMI Media Group teams.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of interview materials across the group's platforms in line with defined process.
  • Ensure all content follows defined workflows and is delivered on time to the right channels.
  • Collaborate with the travel team to book flights, hotels, and manage related expenses.
  • Maintain organized schedules, track deadlines, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Work flexible hours, including occasional shifts aligned with U.S. time zones, to ensure materials are circulated efficiently.

Role Requirements:

  • Bilingual; strong command of English and Arabic.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and adaptable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • 2–3 years' experience in project coordination, media production, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Media, Project Management, or related field.
