Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Java Technical Lead
to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and related frameworks, hands-on coding ability, and experience in leading technical teams through all phases of software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of developers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to maintain development quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in complex systems.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience
    in software development with
    at least 2 years in a lead role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    front-end technologies
    (Angular, React, or ) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to
    DevOps practices
    and modern deployment strategies.
  • Previous experience in leading offshore/onshore teams.
