About The Opportunity
Opportunity in the Education sector — K‑12 / Early Years classroom support based in the United Arab Emirates. This on‑site role supports teachers in delivering high-quality learning, behaviour management, and progress monitoring for diverse student cohorts following international curricula.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support lead teachers in planning and delivering daily lessons, classroom activities, and small‑group interventions.
  • Provide one‑to‑one and group support to students to reinforce learning objectives, including literacy and numeracy activities.
  • Implement differentiated strategies to meet varied learning needs and support individualized learning plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report student progress; prepare simple assessment evidence and feedback for teachers and parents.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment by applying safeguarding procedures and promoting positive behaviour management.
  • Assist with classroom routines, resource preparation, supervision during breaks, and liaison with teaching staff on student needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education, Teaching Assistance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior classroom experience in primary or early years settings; experience within international curricula is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with child safeguarding procedures and willingness to complete mandatory background checks and local compliance requirements.
  • Strong verbal English; additional Arabic language ability is a plus.
