We are seeking a skilled
Electrical BIM Modeler
with strong experience in developing coordinated BIM models for building electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Revit and related BIM tools, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
Candidates available to join immediately will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed
    Electrical BIM models
    (Revit) in compliance with project standards.
  • Generate
    construction/shop drawings
    , schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
  • Coordinate electrical models with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural, Structural).
  • Implement
    BIM execution plans
    , LOD requirements, and project workflows.
  • Identify and resolve model inconsistencies, clashes, and coordination issues.
  • Support design and engineering teams with accurate BIM data and visualizations.
  • Ensure adherence to
    project codes, standards, and client specifications
    .
  • Maintain version control and documentation of all BIM-related deliverables.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as an
    Electrical BIM Modeler
    (minimum X years).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Autodesk Revit
    , Navisworks, BIM 360 (or ACC).
  • Understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, containment).
  • Knowledge of LOD standards, BIM workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to join immediately is
    mandatory/preferred
