• Support Sales Engineers in identifying part numbers, pricing, technical details, and catalogues from factory and internal teams.

• Assist in auditing booked and closing margins in SAP and DSM under supervision.

• Review daily RPA reports for out-of-line orders (OOL) and support reporting on billed, pending, and delayed order lines.

• Track pending enquiries and outstanding payments; remind Sales Engineers for timely follow-up.

• Support preparation of internal reports related to orders, billing status, and sales coordination.

• Maintain data accuracy and documentation across sales support systems.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Logistics) to ensure smooth information flow and timely action.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Comfortable working with systems and data (SAP, DSM, RPA preferred).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to track multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Clear and professional communication skills to follow up, coordinate, and report across teams.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
