As a Business Development Executive in our Contracting & Interior Fit-Out division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving the growth of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring that our projects meet client expectations and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting and interior fit-out market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and build brand awareness.

Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Development Executive or similar role in contracting, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business development initiatives, including managing sales cycles and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license with own car.
  • Knowledge of contracting, construction processes, and interior fit-out solutions is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
