Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to handle the daily operations of our facility management stores. The role involves maintaining proper control over materials, tools, and consumables used for maintenance, MEP, and building operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in inventory management across multiple sites, with knowledge of BOQs, EOQs, and barcode-based inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure all stock is properly tagged, barcoded, and stored in designated areas for easy identification.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Manage stock transfers and material requests between multiple facilities and project sites.
  • Monitor reorder levels and assist in planning EOQs (Economic Order Quantities).
  • Issue materials as per approved job requests and BOQs while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Keep detailed records of receipts, issuances, and returns through the inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance, procurement, and accounts departments for timely material availability.
  • Prepare periodic reports on stock movement, consumption, and slow-moving items.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Facility Management or MEP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, BOQs, EOQs, and stock control procedures.
  • Experience handling materials and consumables for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software; knowledge of barcode systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multi-location inventory operations independently.
