About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Writer who can take complete ownership of content creation across all platforms for our real estate brand. This role requires exceptional writing depth, strong research capability, and the ability to produce sharp, engaging, and conversion-driven content tailored for investors, homebuyers, and international markets.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, design team, performance managers, and project stakeholders to elevate the brand's voice, create compelling narratives, and support our internal marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain a unified content strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and project launches.

• Plan and structure monthly content calendars across platforms (website, social media, blogs, ads, brochures, scripts).

• Conduct extensive real-estate market research, competitor analysis, and SEO insights to guide content direction.

• Content Creation (High-Level & High-Quality)

• Write long-form blogs, guides, investor-focused articles, and market reports.

• Create sharp, high-conversion copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and WhatsApp flows.

• Build compelling narratives for off-plan property projects, including brochures, project pages, lifestyle highlights, and property descriptions.

• Craft brand voice narratives, taglines, PR statements, internal communication, and CEO-level scripts.

• Produce localized content tailored to international markets (India, UK, Nigeria, Pakistan, GCC, etc.).

Brand Voice & Messaging

• Maintain a consistent, premium brand tone aligned with the company's identity.

• Ensure all content is free from jargon, well-structured, and suitable for high-net-worth audiences.

• Uphold content quality, grammar, readability, and logical flow.

SEO & Performance Alignment

• Optimize content using best SEO practices: keywords, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.

• Work closely with performance and SEO teams to analyze content performance and adapt strategy.

• Ensure all landing pages and project content support conversion goals and lead quality improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•
Work with graphic designers to translate written content into visuals, carousels, infographics, and social creatives.

Coordinate with the Head of Marketing on messaging strategy, investor insights, and storytelling for each project.

•
Support the sales team by creating scripts, FAQs, buyer guides, and training content.

Internal Documentation

• Create SOPs, playbooks, process documents, and knowledge resources as needed.

• Maintain version control and ensure all content is updated and aligned with latest project information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• 4–7+ years of professional content writing experience (real estate experience preferred).

• Firm grasp of Dubai real estate terminology, buyer behavior, and regulatory concepts.

• Proven ability to create long-form content that is both informative and SEO-friendly.

• Exceptional command of English with high-level vocabulary and business writing capability.

• Ability to write for multiple formats and tones (educational, persuasive, technical, investor-focused).

• Familiarity with SEO tools, content workflow systems, and digital marketing ecosystems.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
