Core Responsibilities

  • Operate Heavy Equipment:
    Includes forklifts, skid steer loaders, boom lifts, scissor lifts, tow tractors, and other machinery for logistics, maintenance, and ground operations.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Follow all safety procedures, airside operational protocols, and equipment handling standards. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and servicing needs.
  • Inspection & Maintenance:
    Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections, report faults, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.
  • Material Handling:
    Safely load, unload, and transport goods, tools, or materials as per operational requirements.
  • Emergency Support:
    Provide additional ground support during emergencies or peak periods.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with heavy-duty engines (e.g., Caterpillar, Cummins, Volvo) and equipment like excavators, backhoe loaders, and forklifts.
  • Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, CNC Plasma) are often desirable for repair tasks.
