Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of the brand strategy and coordinate with assigned agencies and cross functional departments to interpret that strategy into relevant activities in the marketing plan to support commercial business growth, sustainability and brand building.
In addition, understand market trends/dynamics related to the business model, industry and different audience behavior to be targeted and activated throughout various communication platforms "on & off line" in multiple sales channels by constant evaluation and market monitoring to maximize sales and optimize brand awareness/equity through precise planning supported by calculated budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategy and yearly marketing plans that serves the overall commercial objectives.
- Evaluating campaigns/activities performance (qualitative & quantitative) through data analytics in collaboration supporting functions.
- Initiate on & off line surveys analyzing customer/consumer insights to re-enforce brand strategy, identify opportunities and NPI "innovation".
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets with measurable ROI.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly if needed during brand plan reviews.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute and develop brand communication campaigns and assets.
- Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, exhibitions to enhance brand visibility & awareness.
- Develop and execute Digital marketing content strategies to engage with various target audience in different segments through company owned social media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints and channels when it comes to outlet level activations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in brand management.
- Liaising with frontend and backend departments to make sure commercial activities are launched OTIF with accurate tracking.
- Working closely with marketing Director.
