Job Title: Female Accountant – Salon

We are seeking a Female Accountant to manage all accounting and financial activities for our salon. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and capable of handling complete accounting functions, including VAT, payroll, and daily financial tracking. A female candidate is preferred due to the nature of our salon environment and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and all accounting records
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Handle VAT calculations, submissions, and compliance
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare payroll and maintain staff financial records
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning
  • Coordinate with external auditors when required
  • Maintain well-organized financial documentation
  • Generate financial and management reports as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven accounting experience (experience in retail/salon/spa is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of VAT rules and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Employment Details

  • Salary: 2000 to 3000 AED
