What You ll Do
- Implement approved digital transformation and automation initiatives within the HR department.
- Contribute to annual digital transformation planning in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Address and resolve GRP system issues related to HR in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct continuous reviews of HR management and development systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with RTA s information security policies.
- Develop automated systems to update and maintain organizational structures across RTA.
- Design dashboards for real-time HR data to support effective decision-making.
- Automate key HR processes including workforce planning, organizational design, and job descriptions.
- Train department employees on HR systems and digital tools.
- Ensure accurate, secure, and regularly updated employee databases are maintained.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Software Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or automation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide colleagues.
Analytical thinker with a proven ability to improve and streamline work processes.
Proficiency in a wide range of HR and business software applications.
Results-driven leader with excellent organizational and planning skills.
Flexible team player able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Innovative problem-solver with the ability to develop practical solutions.
