This role involves creating engaging training sessions, assessing the performance of sales associates, and providing ongoing support to ensure a high level of customer service, sales performance, and expertise in lash and brow products and services.
Driving License is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Develop comprehensive training programs for lash and brow sales staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other relevant skills.
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the learning objectives.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members in the lash and brow department.
- Utilize various training methods, including workshops, role-playing, on-the-job training, and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles.
- Product Knowledge Enhancement:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products related to lash and brow services.
- Ensure sales associates have a deep understanding of the lash and brow department's product offerings and can effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Techniques and Customer Service:
- Teach effective sales techniques and customer service skills specific to lash and brow services.
- Provide guidance on building relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and successfully promoting lash and brow products and services.
- Performance Assessment:
- Regularly assess the performance of lash and brow sales associates through observation, role-playing, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with store management and other departments to align training programs with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment within the lash and brow department.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate new training methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Gather feedback from sales associates and management to make necessary adjustments to the training curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, preferably in the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on lash and brow products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of lash and brow services, techniques, and related products.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
