Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Secretary supporting the CEO. Located in Sharjah, the role includes managing daily administrative and clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency. The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and assist in facilitating the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Qualifications

  • Strong Clerical and organizational skills to manage administrative tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and managing executive-level documentation and correspondence
  • Proven abilities in Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Proficient Customer Service skills to ensure professional interactions and query resolution
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field
