Job Title: Tax & Compliance Manager

Location: Business Bay, Dubai - UAE

Salary Range: Up to AED 10,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Experience: 2–5 years (mandatory previous audit firm experience)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Language Requirement: Excellent command of English

The team specializes in helping businesses navigate UAE tax laws, ensure full compliance with FTA requirements, and implement effective internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance for multiple clients.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax computations, returns, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT and corporate tax returns in accordance with FTA guidelines.
  • Review financial statements for tax compliance and identify potential risks or savings.
  • Assist clients with EmaraTax registration, voluntary disclosures, and clarifications.
  • Provide advisory on tax implications of business transactions and cross-border structures.
  • Collaborate with audit teams on tax-related matters and regulatory updates.
  • Develop and maintain internal compliance checklists and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Apply knowledge of AML laws, particularly for DNFBP sector clients, including KYC, screening, and compliance audits.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Professional or part qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or CTA) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit or tax consultancy firm (mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and FTA portal operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and client management ability.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining.
