Role Description

This full-time remote role for Cluster Visual Merchandiser at Aldo & Aldo Accessories involves executing commercial moves, implementing visually appealing and effective in-store displays. Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, follows window displays, and ensuring cohesive themes across stores. The role also requires a valid UAE driving license, close collaboration with retail teams to enhance customer experience and boost sales through strategic visual merchandising and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in retail and visual merchandising, with expertise in designing compelling in-store presentations and window displays.
  • Ability to interact with customers effectively, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive store experience.
  • Sales-driven mindset, weekly money mapping, analyize store and sales mix and understanding of how visual merchandising influences customer behavior and business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and incorporating them into merchandising strategies.
  • Adaptable to a remote work environment and capable of working independently while meeting organizational goals.
  • Prior 5-6 years experience with a global retail brand or fashion/lifestyle industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.
