Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Architect at our Dubai office. The Architect will be responsible for creating and managing detailed architectural designs and construction models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The Architect will also be responsible for collaborating with internal and external design teams, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
  • RAK Unlimited License (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
  • Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
  • Familiar with Dubai Code and regulations.
  • Dealing with authorities and developer, DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Meydan, Dubai Properties, DCD, RTA...
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • 3-5 years Dubai Experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop
  • 3D rendering is an advantage.
