Private Office Ventures invites established professionals with access to BTC buyers, joining our Exclusive BTC Buyer Network—a trusted platform connecting verified Bitcoin sellers with institutional and ultra-high-net-worth buyers, facilitating transactions from 1,000 BTC to several hundred thousand BTC in a secure and discreet environment

Role Overview

We seek highly networked, entrepreneurial professionals to lead BTC Seller Origination and Buyer Facilitation globally, collaborating with our institutional, family office, and UHNWI clientele. Candidates must maintain a current seller network with a minimum of 1,000+ BTC available for acquisition in large tranches.

Key Responsibilities

  • BTC Seller Origination: Identify, engage, and onboard verified Bitcoin sellers capable of substantial transaction volumes.
  • Buyer Connectivity: Match sellers with vetted institutional and UHNWI buyers seeking high-value BTC allocations.
  • Deal Structuring & Coordination: Lead transactions, ensuring comprehensive due diligence, confidentiality, and international compliance.
  • Strategic Network Development: Grow relationships with digital asset custodians, crypto funds, and family offices to build robust transaction pipelines.
  • Cross-Portfolio Synergy: Integrate BTC deal opportunities across Private Office Ventures' broader ecosystem of alternative assets.

Candidate Profile

  • Operates with transparency, recognizing the unique sensitivities of large off-market BTC transactions.
  • 5+ years' experience in investment banking, digital asset advisory, private wealth management, or OTC trading.
  • Proven track record in originating and closing large-scale BTC or commodity transactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of blockchain, custody solutions, and international regulatory compliance.
  • Pre-existing, direct relationships with miners, traders, institutional buyers, and crypto liquidity providers.
  • Strong negotiation, cross-border communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, independently driven, and results-focused, thriving in performance-based mandates.

Compensation

  • Success fee–only structure, offering significant upside directly correlated with completed high-value BTC transactions.
