Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Engineer - Wet Utilities to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is specifically for Emirati nationals and offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in the field of wet utilities engineering.
- Assist in the design and development of wet utilities systems, including water supply, sewage, and drainage networks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning and execution
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar design software
- Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress
- Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis related to wet utilities systems
- Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and other technical documents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Stay updated on local water regulations and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Acedamic knowledge of wet utilities systems and engineering principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of UAE water regulations and standards is advantageous
- Internships or academic projects related to wet utilities are desirable
- Must be an Emirati national
