About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple outlets within our region. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent performance, profitability, and service quality across all locations under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple shops/outlets within the assigned cluster.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets to review operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization for all units.
  • Prepare and submit periodic performance and financial reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the head office on promotions, staffing, and training requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure high-quality service delivery across all locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Managerial experience (multi-unit management preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
