JOB PURPOSE
We are looking a blend of both :-
Instructor (Simulator) is responsible to provide ATC Simulator training to students in accordance with GCAA approved training plan. Instructor (Theoretical Knowledge), is responsible to provide Theoretical Knowledge classroom training to FANS TC students in accordance with GCAA.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The roles and responsibilities of Chief Instructor include but not limited to:
· Ensure proper continuity of Simulator exercises for all trainees attending the course.
· Deliver course in accordance with the lesson plan.
· Invigilate appropriate Theoretical Knowledge exams.
· Monitor and report on trainee progress.
· Provide guidance and support to individual trainees.
· Ensure proper continuity of theoretical Knowledge Instruction for all trainees attending the course.
· Invigilate appropriate Theoretical Knowledge exams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Holds or has held an ATC License with OJTI endorsement.
· Completed instructional techniques training.
· Demonstrate to possess relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to the privileges of the instructor, including personality, character, and cooperation with GCAA.
