We Are Hiring: Female Laser Therapist

Location: Fitclinic Exercise and Sports Medicine Medical Center, Al Bateen Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laser Therapist to join FitClinic – Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, is an exercise and sports clinic offering a comprehensive health and wellness services, including personalized physiotherapy treatment, sports therapy, nutrition counseling, and advanced dermatology treatments. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best in fitness, nutrition, and skin health. Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation
  • Conduct pre-treatment assessments, including skin type evaluation, contraindication screening, and patch testing when indicated
  • Explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions to patients and obtain informed consent.
  • Ensure proper parameter selection based on skin type, treatment area, and manufacturer protocols.
  • Monitor patient response during and after treatment and manage minor adverse reactions as per protocol.
  • Escalate complications immediately to the supervising physician.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
  • Keep up to date with the latest evidenced base laser technology and treatment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in laser or aesthetic procedures (preferred)
  • Valid National Council on Laser Certification (NCLC)
  • Valid DOH / HAAD license as Laser Therapist / Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of laser treatment, skin types and safety principles
  • Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow clinical protocols
