Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in UAE for a Resident Engineer. The Resident Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that all projects comply with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, supervising quality control measures, providing technical support, and preparing reports. The Resident Engineer will also liaise with project stakeholders, address site challenges, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

·  Minimum 20 years of total experience, with extensive UAE experience in infrastructure and road projects

·  Strong leadership in project supervision, contract management, and coordination with clients and authorities

·  In-depth knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality control

·  Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule

  • Familiar with RTA, ADM, and other UAE authority requirements

General Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering discipline

· Excellent knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards

· Proven track record in roads and infrastructure projects

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Immediate availability preferred
