  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
  • Holding or pursuing CMA, ACCA, CA, etc. will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards, ensuring accurate financial data.
  • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interpretation of financial information.
  • Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors in financial reporting.
  • Has a proactive and results-oriented approach, taking initiative to improve accounting processes.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
