  • Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Help with generating financial documents like purchase orders and bank statements.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records.
  • Administrative support:
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks related to accounting.
  • Communicate with clients or vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
