We are seeking a passionate and qualified individual to join our team as Lecturer/Assistant Professor – Computer Science and Engineering at DIU RAK Campus. The ideal candidate will bring academic excellence and innovation to the classroom and be eager to contribute to a growing international academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach core and elective undergraduate courses in Computer Science (CSE)
  • Design and update course content with a practical, industry-aligned approach
  • Support the department's efforts in academic advising, student engagement, and curriculum development
  • Assist in building academic-industry linkages and collaborative initiatives
  • Participate in accreditation, quality assurance and compliance activities with RAKDOK and DIU Home Campus
  • Support student recruitment initiatives
  • Carry out academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Academic Coordinator and/or Campus Director.

Qualifications:

  • Lecturer - Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field
  • Assistant Professor - PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field
  • Teaching experience at the university level (preferred)
  • Practical experience in programming, software engineering, or related domains will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • These are full-time faculty positions based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
  • Competitive remuneration will be offered, including housing and relocation allowances where applicable.
  • Candidates with prior UAE teaching experience or international exposure will receive preference.
