Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, including:
  • Lathe, Turning, Milling, VMC, Radial Drilling Machine, Iron Worker, Bandsaw Cutting, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems — ball screws, guideways, spindle units, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Conduct alignment, calibration, and part replacements as needed.
  • Work with control systems and mechanical components from brands like Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar.
  • Maintain proper service documentation and report maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in CNC machine maintenance is required.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC systems preferred.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.
