Sales Coordinator

o Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
o Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
o Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
o Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
o Can Use ERP perfectly
o Prepare daily sales order, job order, delivery note , invoices and Costing.
o Keep customer record up to date like credit limit form and their license
o Coordinate with production department to get material on time
o Plan material delivery , material production to achieved monthly sales targets
o Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and sales policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
