The Role

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Rewardee, you will be the driving force behind our growth, vision, and execution. You will define the company's direction, build and lead a world-class founding team, and shape our go-to-market strategy alongside our partners. You will work closely with our COO, who is already on board, to translate strategy into scalable operations, strong partnerships, and tangible results.

From fundraising and partnership development to product-market fit and scaling, you will guide Rewardee into becoming the category-defining rewards infrastructure of the region.

You will:

  • Define and execute Rewardee's strategic roadmap and long-term vision
  • Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy
  • Build, motivate, and scale a cross-functional team across product, growth, and partnerships
  • Drive brand acquisition and user growth through data-driven strategies
  • Establish Rewardee as the trusted performance layer for brands and agencies across MENA
  • Build a culture of excellence, agility, and integrity within the organization

About You

  • Proven leadership or founder experience in adtech, SaaS, or consumer platforms
  • Strong track record in scaling B2B or B2C ventures, ideally in growth-stage environments
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, incentive mechanics, or performance-based growth models
  • Skilled in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and high accountability
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; English fluency required, Arabic a strong plus
