We are looking for a Flower Artist to join our team and elevate our floral work beyond traditional floristry. This role is for a creative professional who treats flowers as an artistic medium and can design bespoke, concept-driven floral pieces aligned with brand identity, events, and visual storytelling.
This is not a retail florist role. It is a hands-on creative position focused on originality, design excellence, and premium execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create custom, artistic floral arrangements for corporate spaces resorts, hotels, events, launches, and VIP occasions
- Develop conceptual floral installations and statement pieces
- Translate creative briefs and brand themes into refined floral designs
- Select flowers, textures, colors, and structures with a strong artistic eye
- Oversee on-site setup, styling, and installation
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, operations) and external partners
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and visual impact
- Stay updated on global floral art trends and innovative techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Flower Artist / Floral Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing bespoke, artistic floral work
- Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and spatial design
- Experience with events, luxury brands, or corporate environments preferred
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge of flower care, sourcing, and handling
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale installations or brand activations
- Background in art, design, or creative disciplines
- Experience working in the Middle East
- Arabic language skills (plus, not required)
