About the role

We are looking for an energetic and versatile Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a variety of group fitness classes (e.g. HIIT, circuit training, strength, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, or functional training) and a passion for motivating people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

About the role

  • Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and effective group classes
  • Adapt workouts to suit a range of abilities and fitness levels
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment
  • Represent our brand professionally at all times

About you:

  • Must hold a valid freelance permit in the UAE
  • Ability to teach multiple class types confidently with appropriate certifications
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • A proven track record of successfully working independently to establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and interventions as a result.
  • Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability.
