Job overview:

  • We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should excel at crafting clean, responsive user interfaces and developing scalable, high-performance backend services. This position requires a balance of creative design sense and strong technical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement intuitive and engaging user experiences across devices and browsers.
  • Design and develop backend services, APIs, and database systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project teams to deliver robust features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across the full stack.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), and JavaScript.
  • Proven UI/UX design experience — attention to layout, color, and usability.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Solid back-end experience with technologies such as , .NET, or Python.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of MVC/MVVM patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, efficient code.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
