Job Requirements:

We are seeking a technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and domestic environments installation, repair and annual maintenance contract services (AMC)

Kitchen Equipment Technician and Laundry Equipment Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, cooking range, stove, HVAC, chiller/freezer fryers, dishwashers, coffee machines, ice machines, laundry washing machine, dryers, laundry equipment, etc.)
  • Diagnose malfunctions and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Install new kitchen appliances and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Identify and repair both major and minor electrical faults in kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain records of repairs, parts inventory, and service logs.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of GCC experience working in restaurants, with hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems related to kitchen appliances.
  • UAE driving license is available if available.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or emergency callouts.
