Almas IT Infrastructure LLC, headquartered in Dubai, is a global software and IT services company serving 400+ clients across ERP, POS, Property Management, and Document Clearing sectors.

To support our growing customer base, we are hiring a Software Trainer who can train clients and resolve their queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide training to customers on how to use company software

· Handle incoming customer support calls and queries

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues related to software functionality

· Prepare and update training materials, user guides, and video tutorials

· Maintain daily logs of client interactions and resolutions

· Collaborate with the development and support teams to escalate technical issues if needed

· Conduct refresher sessions for existing users when required

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate in Commerce is Mandatory

· Knowledge of accounting is mandatory

· Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and Malayalam

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable using remote training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or AnyDesk

· Teaching/training experience (preferred, but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
